 The time I need to prepare each item varies per item. For details see individual item. 

Estimated shipping times:

• Pet portraits 2-3 business days
• Prints 2-4business days
• Digital portraits are sent via email unless the option to receive a physical print is selected. In the case a physical copy was ordered, shipping takes 2-3 business days. 

I do not accept returns or exchanges. In case there were any problems with an order or delivery, please contact me so we can find the best solution possible.
